Warranty

Sharkskin™ garments come with a 2-year workmanship warranty. This excludes fading and deterioration resulting from excessive exposure to chlorine or sunlight.

Care

Follow these instructions to ensure optimal performance from your Sharkskin™ product:

  • Hand wash in cold water

  • Hang to dry vertically

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not iron

  • Do not dry clean

  • Rinse after use to remove residual chlorine or salt

  • Keep out of direct sunlight when not in use

  • Washing neoprene suits with a mild detergent such as Watersports Wash is recommended

Returns and Exchanges

According to Art. 52, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, customers who have purchased from the SHARKSKINEUROPE.COM online store have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them without providing a reason.

Returned items or items for exchange will be processed only if the item is in its original packaging, has not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way, and has all original tags—so it can be resold as new. When returning goods, they must be accompanied by the cash-on-delivery receipt from the courier for the purchase, as well as an invoice or cash register receipt. Otherwise, the Merchant reserves the right to decline the customer’s request. Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense and are determined according to the current price list of the courier company handling the return.

Please make sure you have completed the form by selecting exchange or return, and by providing your name, order number, phone number, and email address.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date the returned parcel is received, to the bank account number and account holder name provided by the customer.
